Client Director (JA ↔︎ EN) Application

Queen & Co. is hiring a bilingual Client Director to take ownership of high-value client relationships as we scale into our next phase. This role sits at the intersection of client account management, multilingual delivery, and the development of the platform on which our work runs. You will manage client relationships in Japanese and English, lead delivery and quality of bilingual work, and contribute directly to the tooling and standards that make our platform work.

Why this role is interesting

You will be operating at the forefront of how enterprise language services are being rebuilt. Most translation companies are still defending the past. We are building what comes next: a governance-grade language infrastructure platform with AI tooling, internal QA frameworks, and a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts that need this work to be done seriously.

This role is suited for an ambitious individual early in their career. In one position, you will be exposed to:

- The frontier of language services and multilingual operations

- AI and applied tooling in production: not as a passive user, but as a contributor to how it gets built and benchmarked

- Cross-border business development across Japan and international markets, working with universities, major Japanese corporates, and cultural institutions

- A senior team and founder with deep operating experience with no bureaucracy between you and the work
